Who Am I?
Hi, My name is Heriberto Pérez, and I am an energetic individual that loves working 60 – 65 hours a week and can bring to your project 11 years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer, specializing in API development, e-commerce projects (using Spree/Solidus), and creating Single Page Applications with various JavaScript frameworks.
For the last 10 years, I have worked for a software development agency called Magmalabs.io and during all these years I’ve had the opportunity to work with Rails since version 3(Current version is Rails 7 as of June 2023)
I love sharing, and if I find something that interests me or something that I have been struggling with, there is a chance that I’ll share it as a blog post, and also in the community involvement respect, I’m planning to open-source my latest experiment about SMS messages
By the way, I distinguish myself as a serious entrepreneur and that is the reason that in the last 8 years during my spare time, weekends, and sometimes vacations I have created, developed, and released more than 3 Web applications from scratch with little to no technical help and budget and some of those products are still relevant and running on production.
